Saturday September 9, 2006 Hong Kong Nancy Wu Celebrates Birthday with Fans Today is Nancy Wu’s birthday. On Thursday, over 20 fans held a celebration for their idol at a karaoke bar. Nancy is well known to like singing and in her group of fans, many could carry out great tunes. On the day, fans took turns to sing with their idol and picked difficult to sing and the latest songs to test Nancy. Fans also presented Nancy with gifts and cakes, making the birthday girl extremely happy. She commented, “I am happy to receive so many hand made gifts this year, including birthday cards and bracelets. A male fan gave me cute toys which are cute replicas of me and a few fans! They also knew that I like eating lollies so they made sure someone gave me lollies. They are really warm, when ever we meet they talk about their life to me like good buddies.
