its a image type file, you can burn it to cd using nero 6 ----> burn image to disk you can get nero 6 in this thread http://www.dramasian.com/showthread.php?t=5084
use daemon tools and mount the bin file, it'll make a virtual cd of the file u can unmount when ur done. So u dont need to burn it -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hey this is a little tutorial on how to use a program called DAEMON Tools. DAEMON Tools is a virtual cd/dvd-rom emulator. It is able to emulate nearly all known copy protections on the market today. First of all, go to http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php?mode=ViewCategory&catid=5 and download the latest version which at the moment is DAEMON Tools 4.0.3 X86 Once the program has been downloaded and installed then open it up.... You will not see anything appear apart from a red lightning icon in your tray (bottom right of screen next to clock). Right click on this item and got to virtual cd/dvd-rom, then click on device.....(whatever your cd-dvd drive may be) and click on mount image. Find where you have saved your bin and cue files to and load the cue file.... The program will emulate and load up the cd as though it is in your cd-dvd drive..... Enjoy..... Hope this is of some help to everybody!
err?? oh ok so it's mounted on ya drive right?? go to my computer. click the mounted image drive... which in your case.. E: drive?? clicke mepgv somethin folder and open the dat files in windows media player or somethin..
well yea i assumed it was a vcd... which is why i told him to open up the folder n file. I mean i dunno his autorun could be turned off..
if u hve a cue file, in my opinion i wuld do it this way as i find this more simplier for beginners go to nero (if u hve nero, if not can d/l from n e torrent site) and select the "burn from image" option then select the cue file to burn the bin file onto a cd so u can play from the cd or to play the bin file directly just right click the bin file and open with VLC media player (get here) ... voila DAT files can also b played with VLC or PowerDVD
lol thats way to complicated... i mean the main thing there is just the dat file... which wmp should be able to play... or was ther a codec you needed to get?? if he needed to copy to harddrive he could just selete dat fil... copy n paste... then rename to mpeg... and plays just the same..
