Should i get this? Hello all, as some of you guys may know that i posted in this board in regards to whether or not getting louis vuitton sunglasses and i have to thank you all for your contribution. I took the advice of getting a new pair of sunnies without resorting to scarring my wallet. Well, i did in the case that i manage to feast my eyes on a pair of Chanel aviator sunnies. It looks great but problem is is that the side bit of it is chunky...i mean VERY chunky. It isnt the typical aviator sunglasses where the side of the sunglasses has a small frame but in this case the Chanel's one is huge. Anyways the pair of sunnies cost 420 Australian bucks. Heres the design of the Chanel sunnies: the question im asking is, is Chanel too "girly" for a guy? My mate think so. I know this may sound shallow but where does chanel stand in the fashion industry? Is it better than Gucci or Bvgalri? :S
i LOVE chanel. LOVE LOVE LOVE. chanel and dior. i prefer it to gucci and bvgalri. but this is coming from a girl. but back to the glasses, if this means anything to u, i'm a girl and i want a pair. those are hot! i kinda do think chanel is too girly for a guy.
420 bucks!!! is it in u.s. dollars, cause if it is lol it's not that far in cost from your other glasses lols, still in the hundreds for a pair of glasses lols. yea i think i've only seen girls wearing anything from chanel though lol.
Not girly at all. Seen quite a lot of guys wearing chanel glasses on the street and they look pretty good with it.
^ really? Wow, i googled it some ppl flamed a user for asking "is it ok for me as a guy to wear chanel sunglasses". My mate said "man, i dont see guys wear chanel. Its mostly for girls". Sure the brand is mostly targeted at women but hey they even make guy watches
my opinion, but those chunky sides on aviators, makes them look funny... in terms of chanel, i see it more for girls too, but the glasses' style certainly doesnt limit it to girls
This Chanel sunglasses looks masculine so don't worry. Glad you followed the advice of the majority and found a less expensive one.
420 Australian dollars = 359.81400 U.S. dollars found it on google lol (am i right?), call me cheap and all still wouldn't spend that much for a pair of glasses but hey man, if you like it then buy it, don't have to care about other's opinion on your style, just get what suits your tastes.
this is a first....its definitely very rare for a guy to be seen wearing channel glasses...i personally think that channel's marketing is definitely towards the female market and not the male market. but those glass look masculine enough that i think it should fly wit a guy wearin them

^what, these Puma bags looking queer on guys?! Think it depends on the outfit of the guy...and these bags looks too masculine for girls methinks. If a guy wears the right casual sporty, retro outfit these Puma bags will suit wor.
