I am waiting for the Integra Type R to come back. If a civic type R can be this good, imagine a Integra Type R.

you might be waiting for a long time, as far as i know Honda has no intentions of producing a new integra for the forseeable future

yea i don't think honda will bring back the integra anytime soon.
integras dc2 turned to the rsx dc5. and now (i don't know about japan) in the US, they stopped making the dc5 cause of the new civic si.
agree with lazydad about the dc2 type r's r the best looking ones.

honda turned acura into their luxury line of cars....i thinks dat why they stop making rxs....their trying to compete wif lexus n bmw n da other competitors wif luxury vehicles....so now u have da tl, tsx, n all dat good stuff

but yeah da new type r doent look good to me....looks like a shrunken hatchback

I think the Civic Type R looks aggressive almost like a EVO 9 front. I like the way they are making four door Si's and Type R's. I've drove the new Civic Si and it felt like a RSX if you close your eyes lol. Maybe Honda is trying to bond the RSX with the Civic for the 07 Si. As for the DC5 integra, they are still selling in Japan under the Honda badge. Hopefully when they do decide to make a new integra (along with a Type R trim) they will release in the U.S. with either the Acura or Honda badge. The DC2 chassis (base off the EG civic) was a great success with its 94-01 release. Too bad Honda try to make a new chassis with the DC5 which didn't turn out well. Hopefully Honda can again make a DC chassis base off the new civic perhaps as well as the DC2 history. I know for sure Honda would not forget about the Integra which helped Acura sales so well in it's years of production to fully stop production on the Integra line up.
