newbie here, need help dunno how to seed

    hi guys i am newbie i know how to download but dunno upload or seed.....pls guide me steps by steps. i am using bit torrent.

    seeding is just not removing the task after its done downloading so ppl can upload it off you computer. seeding is basically uploading a finished task.
