Nicholas Tse and Gigi Leung returned to Hong Kong from Ji Nan yesterday and when asked about his relationship with wife Cecilia Zhang, Nicholas described is "Very good" and regarding the reports of his mother Deborah Dik having intentions of sending Lucas for training and letting him become a child star, Nicholas answered "I'm not inclined. Earlier on, some advertisers already tried to get Lucas to film their ads, but I didn't accept them. (What do you want Lucas to do?) The most important thing is to be a useful and successful person. Each field has their own successful people, where he works does not matter, most importantly is to have contributions to the society" As for Gigi, she received presents from the fans that went to the airport to welcome her. She smiled and said that going on stage in Ji Nan was a very successful and happy event and then left hurriedly in the company's car. Nicholas is def. a responsible parent, his son is way too young to be put in the lime light, let him have as close to a 'normal' childhood as possible!
i hate to say this but everyone who said that early still end up dead wrong ... the kid always end up in the showbiz just like the parents .. he's a good example, don't ya'll think. talking and doing it is totally different. i am sure if some company walks up to him with a very attractive offer, he will cave in for sure and the excuse then will be, we need "milk" money for the kid. it's not easy raising a kid you know ... people make up excuses as life goes on.
ya the kid will be an actor in the future for sure and will be posing for magazines....but then this is like 16 years from now....its all about the connections and moeny
I agree, if lucas grows up and chooses to be an actor I'm sure he will make it big because of his connections...
well i'm sure his son would become a star in the future also but the point is letting him choose what he wants to do and to allow him to have a nomal childhood now. if he becomes an actor in the future its ok as it will be his choice but now he's too young and by exposing so early ur rele forcing him into something that he might not like.
let me tell you ... all parents sound really good in the media but in reality, that's not how they really feel. it certainly sell to the fans .. oh, wow, he's such a great and considerate father and all ... in reality, whether this is just another marketing gimmick or from his heart is still early to judge. for something he said is good enough to think he's a good father, you must be freaking shallow and dumb.
knowing Nicholas how he was pushed into the business at a young age im really surprised he lets his kid do these recent ads.
i must admit, i dont really like nicolas tse but i do admit hes being a responsible father and handling everything maturely (cecelia cheung and the ndue scandal), well at least in front of the press
