To encourage his wife to have a second child, Nicholas Tse bought her a black luxurious car worth HKD3million (about S$600,000) thus spoiling the market for husbands everywhere. According to reports, Cecilia Cheung had wanted to bear another child for the Tse family. Recent rumours of her pregnancy have been sprouting and there was also news on her miscarriage. However, sources claimed that Cheung is neither pregnant nor has she suffered a miscarriage. The doting husband, who has been filming in Shanghai in recently months, lately returned to Hong Kong, with ideas to coax his wife into having a second child; one of them being presenting her with a luxury sedan. According to reports, Tse specially chose a smaller car suitable for female drivers. In an interview with Hong Kong media, Tse admitted to have bought a new car for his wife, however when asked if he was trying to persuade his wife to have more babies, the actor laughed, "She likes it (the car)!" but declined to divulge the price of the car.
