she's pregnant alright .. no even a huge meal would a stomach that obviously big .. also i can't imagine a person like her who purposely eat that much anyway indoor or outdoor. i certainly can't fathom a woman like her would end up with a guy like nick cheung. the guy looks beyond nerd and dorky .. plain UGLY .. sorry for the lacked of a better and nicer term.
