Not An Innocent, Rose Chan Was Willingly Groped by Benny Chan?

The alleged sexual harassment of Rose Chan (陳嘉桓) by Benny Chan (陳浩民) and Joe Ma (馬德鐘) has taken Hong Kong by storm.
