    That is one of the worst dress Ive ever seen in the fashion stage....
    I think ppl is just chasing after her nipple and not the fashion clothing...

    this is not a hooded dress.. this is a speciallyu made bag for pamela to cover herself up!
    but wrong colour tho >.< too see through like
