Paris Hilton is too fragile to return to the courtroom... for now. She's currently facing a lawsuit filed by diamond heiress and actress Zeta Graff. According to court papers filed by Paris' psychiatrist Dr Charles Sophy, the heiress is too traumatised to go back to court, People magazine reports. Paris is facing an order to testify in a civil trial brought on by Zeta, which is set to begin on the 21st May. However, Dr Charles claimed: "She is emotionally distraught and traumatised as a consequence of the findings at the May 4 hearing, the jail sentence imposed upon her by the judge, and her fear of incarceration." As a result, Paris is "not capable of any meaningful participation in a trial," he added. Zeta filed a lawsuit in 2005, claiming Paris spread "vicious lies" about her that ended up in the New York Post. She is seeking £5million in damages.
