I really really really suck at making noodles from scratch, I tend to try and make ramen most, and it never comes out particularly good.

I've tried googling noodle recipes, but all the sites I come across are western o.0 typical. I want to try and attempt to make traditional noodles atleast.

Care to help or share some recipes? I know there is an art to making the perfect noodle soup, and I don't expect me being a whitey being able to actually make perfect ramen, but I want to atleast try :p

i thought u were talking about making pieces of actual noodle from scratch when i read the first sentence.

perfect ramen soup base......man u need lot s of effort & time & patience, usually it takes them at least several hours to be done, yummm

the EASIESTTTTTTTT: noodle (not rice noodle) + soy sauce/any broth + sesame oil = hmmmmm it smells good already.
