Would you go out with a girl or guy that wasn't popular or a guy or girl that was popular?

Then again, if they're like fugly, then well that means that they're not popular. So then I retract my last comment and go...well I'd go for the semi-popular. Popular girls are also usually the sluts. So no to that. Semi-popular are those that are smart and are beautiful.
