Actually, if you give people who have nothing, something else to do, sex may the last things on their mind... It's not that bad an idea; a good nightly broadcast of a cricket or soccer match may just be a compelling social cue towards abstinence... :biggthumpup: Seriously, I've read elsewhere that getting electricity into remote Indian villages have been shown to increase that village's productivity in that they can work later into the evening. The extra work may just make them more tired, that is too tired for sex.
"It don't free good," that's the excuses in Africa even with Aids being spread like wild fire throughout the continent. And an excuse for a lot of men...:nono:
