Posting and seeds?

-innocent2 I am new in this area of game and I am pretty lost. Can someone give me a clue as to what postings and seeds are and how they worked to my advantage? Thanks mate!

most people in the download forum set a 15post minimum to download.
meaning: you need at least 15 posts OUTSIDE the download forum in order to download what they're offering.

im guessing by seeds, you don't mean apple seeds.
seeds in bittorrent are how many people with the complete file that are still uploading. in other words, someone finished their download. They leave on the client so other people can download off them since it's a peer2peer network. they call these people seeds. iunno why but they do.

then there's the FFVIII seeds. they're just mercenaries
