So, like a lot of people, finals are coming up and I need to start studying. I'm having trouble making notes from my powerpoint lecture slides. I want to pull all the text and the notes that I added into word so I can print it out and study with. However, when I copy and paste from the slides it comes out retarded. Spacing is messed up etc. There are virtually no pictures on my slides so that isn't really the problem.
Convert to Word format then print? http://www.lytebyte.com/2009/08/07/how-to-export-powerpoint-text-contents-to-word/
I already tried all that. The prof spaced/formatted so that it would look all nice on PPT, but its retarded on word. Fixing the spacing would be the equivalent of re-typing it all, if not longer. Thanks though.
which word are u using? if 2007. possibly when u finish pasting the text into microsoft word, there is an option to select to choose to keep same format as the word document. that might help. if not u can always try paste special.
Yes, I am using 2007. I just tried that, it restored some of the bolded text to being bold. I think the problem is that the text has been spaced to accommodate the slides which is why they look weird on Word.
