we need a thread on this with the election comin in a month MC'Shame / Palin what do you guys think about this issue? I was lookin forward to the presidential debate all month but suddenly Mc'Shame wants to pull the plug on it with a lame excuse about putting the country ahead... Don't u guys find it racist that 1/3 of hillary supporters are still considering to vote to Mc Cain simply because obama's black? (yes im not sure if its totally true but they had some poll on it and that was part of the reason) Or democrats voting for Mccain.... republicans and fox news Palin's got to be the worse VP candidate , she lacks experience in world politics and hasn't had to make any real decisions with her time in the office , shes got some controversial issues and doesn't seem to be the type that could be president if mc'shame suddenly kneels over at his young age, hes just pickin her for the hype and votes among women voters. In the end I don't think America would be dumb enough to elect them, not with the rescission happening but if it happens, that would be the day i'd confirm to myself how bone headed half the country really are... (no pun intended)
lol iv been watching old episodes of the colbert show and the daily show all night, im about to explode after seeing all the hypocrisy from McCain's campaign. Fuck, if american's vote this guy in they are screwed to hell for the next 4 years.
McCain agrees to attend debate in Mississippi http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080926/ap_on_el_pr/candidates_debate;_ylt=Ame6bxwql3FcramssEH58HPCw5R4

both failed... McCain was a giant windbag and Obama wasn't convincing enuff, and got rubbed by a more "experienced" McCain... this debate won by McCain... topic was in his favour... although I liked Obama's stance on Foreign Affairs a lot more though =/
even though the topic was supposed to be in Mc'cains favour i felt obama was more comfortable speaking while Mccain sounded like he was stretching alot of the issues while obama kept having to correct him. I would favour Obama more still as he painted a wider picture about his plans and just sounded more combfortable. I would say neither won but i felt like obama handled it well considering it wasn't his turf to begin with.
lol doesn't matter what he had to clarify... in the end, he had to fix something that could have been used against him...
i agree... but it's not like Obama's a saint... he's flipped on some of the key issues that got him his nominiation in the first place.... for example off shore drilling, military withdrawal from Iraq... etc...
me personally i agree with more policies and views from obama then mc'cains so i wouldn't argue against it from this debate.
yes, that's a very educated argument and while I do agree with u... the different news broadcasters out there will cut clips and clean up everything... and at the end of the day... McCain had the "cleaner" debate... and Americans who aren't quite as educated will see a sharp, experienced McCain vs an inexperienced rookie Obama...
