What system would you rather buy and why? I am stuck between in buying the 60GB Xbox 360 and 80 GB PS3. NO i cant afford both....
I have a PS3 because bluray, free online play, and FFXIII Versus (supposed to be exclusive to PS3). With Xbox you have to pay monthly for the XBOX Live and you have to buy an additional drive to play HDDVD.
well, i bought both. Get a job bro. hahahaha jokes. now that i have both systems, i'd have to say i prefer the xbox for gaming by like... 50%, way better games on there. But the bluray is a major dealbreaker if you got an HDTV and wanna watch some high def movies. Either way i don't think you can go wrong. Note that if you're buying the xbox and wanna connect wirelessly you need to spend another 80 bucks on an adapter which is bullshit
I'm gonna stick with PS3 for this one, red ring from 360 and crappy 12 year old on LIVE which you have to subscribe for...
^and the cost of xbox live makes that irrelevant. but ps3 you really have to buy a harddrive anyways if you want to play a lot of games because of the install but right now its an 80gb so i guess it doesn't matter.
definitely get a PS3, let me tell you why. Every upgrade for the xbox needs to be from microsoft. That includes the wireless adapter and hard drive. Your mic headset will also need to be from microsoft. You'll also need to pay a subscription fee to play online. The xbox also has more cases of hardware failure (RROD) compared to the PS3. The xbox however has excellent online features/support and a larger game library, which are the 2 main advantages compared to the other console. The PS3 has a blu-ray drive, built-in wireless, free online play. The hard drive component is a standard 2.5" laptop hard drive that can be bought from any computer/hardware store. The PS3 also has plug-and-play support for mouse-keyboard or any other usb devices. The xbox only has limited support. The PS3 also has bluetooth, which means you can use any bluetooth mobile headset to chat with your friends. The features online/offline are a bit lacking compared to the xbox, but that can be upgraded through future firmware upgrades.
i got a 360 and i think you should get what has the games you want, if you dont care about the game then cast some lots or something.

yah ps3, i just got the 80gb one today lol i sorta went for it because of the blu-ray and the built in wireless
good choice! plus u got 20 extra gig of storage.. lol but I'm telling you.. once Uncharted 2 and God of War 3 drop.. you'll be very glad you made the decision..!!
I went for Xbox 360 and not PS3 cause of the game diffrence, the game that PS3 offers me, is just not that intresting.. and most of the time what the games PS3 got, you can also get it for the 360..
