I have to decide on a major and I can't decide between psychology or marketing. Which one is better?

business is always safe, i would choose psych if i dont have to worry about money (psych is interesting as well, too bad we don have minors or else i'll pick da)

Marketing is definately more safe in terms of wages and job security...

    But how about this one,
    "Psychology OF Marketing"...

DAMNN!!!!! (That's a win right there)

psychology will get you nowhere unless you get into grad school (another 2 years of school). BTW you need to keep your marks up for last two years so you can apply to grad school.

As for Marketing... it depends... you can hit or miss with this one. Some ppl make a lot, some ppl dont. Depends if you are creative enough (design, promotion, etc.).

Go with your interest. Because this kind of thing nobody can help you to choose.

go for the one you find more interest in and one you would enjoy more...
true, psychology won't get you nowhere unless you are determined to work your way up till you are at some rly good psychology related job...

my sister just finished her undergraduate for psychology and now in masters doing health and clinical psychology.. it's gonna take her ages to become a clinical psychologist :) but it's not impossible..
if you have passion for a subject - i suggest you go for it though!
