I always ask my girlfriend what kind of gifts she wants, but she always answer me back with "I only need you, you are enough for me." I'm not sure what girls are really thinking when they say that lol. Does she really mean that she doesn't need anything, or she wants something? It is like a test? As a guy, although I always say I don't need gifts, but in my mind, I want some lol. Question to the girls : What are you really thinking when you say you don't want gifts? Question to the guys: What are you going to do even when she said she doesn't want gifts? Yes, I know, it all depends on the person, but I just want to hear some of your opinions. Advices and ideas are welcome =D
Hmmm, it really depends on what age group you are in. Of course we all love gifts. Really, the person who tells you he/she don't need a gift is lying through their teeth. If you are really young (high school or below and without job) something creative is the best. Like plant something in her garden or something of that sort If you are in college and/or kind of working, get her something unique. Although every other girl would LOVE to own a LV bag (or equivalent of different brand), sometimes if you can find her something which is ONE OF A KIND, it's like the BEST gift ever. If you are already out of school and working, go and have a secret super-short trip with her, doesn' need to be far, as long as it's different from day-to-day Best luck~ And yeah, you better NOT forget anniversary and birthday, it's like a sin to.
we are college students hehe she kept saying she doesnt want anything, so i took her words for it but instead of buying her something i made her a card/letter and a paper ring xD i hope she will like it lol. i always have to remind her about bdays and anniversary xD
LOL, I know a bunch of guys who will love to have a girlfriend like that (forgetting bday and anniversary etc) But yeah, if you are not exactly making your own living (most of us aren't in college), do something creative I've had friends who made paper and wrote on them, the girlfriend can grow tiny flowers from that letter (tho I bet she wouldn't let it go ) and it was WAYYY before this flower/plant seed in paper thing caught on.
ok this is off topic =P one time, i got her a bouquet of roses and said: me: these roses represent my love for you! her: really? what if all the roses die? me: they wont her: plants will die eventually me: not this one her: why not? me: if you look closer, there is a plastic rose in there, in which it will never die then she laughed xD i just love to see her smile. =D
Girls definitely likes to receive gifts even when they say they dont. Maybe prepare her a romantic homemade dinner with candles and wine + whatever you feel like making.
Not a fan of reds, although there are plenty of great imports from Aussie (and relatively cheap too!) And I prefer ice cider better than champagne...
Question to the girls : What are you really thinking when you say you don't want gifts? ooOO Now that I show u i am not materialistic n shallow; u better show me u r chilvarous and thoughtful
Doesnt that contradict itself? Not materialistic n shallow but the other person has to show some qualities?
wine list? ahhh that'd be a good idea. But I thought most college students are more into beer and liquor -unsure
heyy!! why dont u do what my frend did.. he got a glass bottle.. like those messenger bottles.. u can do with a jar, and write a note on a piece of paper.. and then seal it and shes onli allowed to read one per day!! and the notes r like "i love you" "always and forever" etc etc etc and relatin 2 the both of u's past.. and bearing in mind.. u can go korea or wherever and actually buy one if ur lazy haha
^Better still... write those msges into strips of paper and fold them into lucky stars. That's what my ex did
