i am wondering if you get one of those ipod with video can you upload video into your ipod? do you need to pay? what kind of format?
good question...i don have an ipod...but i'd like to know this...just too lazy to google it...so all u ipod video owners..step up!
I know it may be illegal, but go to www.torrentspy.com and search IMTOO iPod Converter. It's the best video converter available - very stable and reliable. I've also used Videora Ipod Converter, and IMTOO is waay better. It's free bcause it comes with serial codes. It can convert almost any video format. But I know it doesn't convert RM and WMV, and so you first need to use something like WinAVI to convert it to MPG, and then from there, you can convert it to ipod format.
I think the big thing is how well you take care of your iPod. I have friends that just throw their iPods into their backpacks or lockers, and then others who just leave their iPods in their car while they go skiing - and let their iPod freeze! I also have some friends who bring their iPods to the gym, and do weights (risk having it scratched) and run or use the elyptical (the hard drive! ah). To me, the iPod is a "trendy" type of MP3 player. It's more like a fashion statement than the technology itself. WHen I go work out, I use my old spare mP3 player that was good and cheap and designed for wear and tear. If you take good care, everythig should last longer...
i'm talking about the nano...horrible battery life with songs ripped > 128kbps. All my songs at least 192kbps.
