Receiving of idol, chaos in airport Fan gets scolding, Raymond Lam defends her Raymond Lam jumped to the defence of a female fan who was shouted at by a security guard to “get lost”! Eight security guards were on hand to maintain order at the airport, but the scene was still chaotic. A local security guard pushed a fan roughly and shouted at her to “get lost”. TVB star Raymond defended her. The highly popular Raymond, together with Kevin Cheng and Bobby Auyeung, arrived in Singapore in two groups last night. Raymond and Kevin were on flight CX711 which touched down at 7.30pm, while Bobby came via flight CX691 which arrived around 10.20pm. The three leading men from TVB are here for the grand opening of Hong Kong restaurant Prosperity Kitchen, located at Mohamed Sultan Road. It is understood that the schedule is very tight as they will only be here for one day. As handsome heartthrobs Raymond and Kevin both arrived in Singapore at the same time yesterday, Raymond fans and Kevin fans gathered at the airport at the same time to receive their idols. The artistes arrived one after another. Kevin emerged around 8pm yesterday, with Raymond following shortly. According to a local Raymond fan, Miss Wong, Raymond was in a black jacket with a black singlet, black jeans, and a black cap. He was looking good, and broke into a smile when he spotted his fans. Miss Wong said that when fans saw Raymond, they rushed to the front and the scene became chaotic. When Raymond stepped out of the airport and was about to enter a car, Miss Wong wanted to present a bunch of flowers to him but was pushed away roughly by a security guard, who even shouted at her to “get lost”! Raymond then accepted the flowers, and hearing the guard shout at his fan, immediately defended the fan and asked the guard, “How can you push her like that?” He then turned to the fan and asked, “Are you ok?” When interviewed, Miss Wong said she felt comforted, “My heart is warmed to hear my idol speak up for me, and I feel that I am right to support him!” Miss Wong also revealed that at around 10.30pm that night, Raymond, Kevin and their entourage ate at a Japanese restaurant at Mohamed Sultan Road. They booked the entire restaurant and stayed till 12am. Local Raymond fans booked three cars to chase after him. Gee .. I don't know why fans can get so crazy .. after all, it's just Ray, another human being. I love entertainment and I do like certain actors/actresses but I have never had that kind of urge to wait out in line or whatever to take picture or give flower or whatever that most fans do .. that's just way over the line.
lol, the next Andy Lau i would love to see anyone that doesnt do anything such as those snobby stars :P
wrong of security guard to push her cos she could have fallen and injuried herself, but i dnt get y fans get so crazy, yes he is famous but doubt it would make much difference whether he saw her or not, some fans really need to show some self control in these situations!
