It's FAKE, a HOAX So, lots of people tend to reply on a topic without reading or at least scanning the last few replies in the topic... Just some tips: 1) Check the source where this news came from. Pics where placed on a blog? Not exactly the most reliable source eh? From rottentomatoes.com? That's not even a newssite... 2) If this baby eating thing was true (maybe it was in the past, we'll never know until it's been proven by a reliable source) don't you think it would have been big news worldwide? The dumplings with the fetusses eaten by Miriyam Cheung in the 3 Extremes trilogie are fakes...but they looked like real because there great special effects artists in the movie industry. Same for these 'dead babies in a chinese herb soup' -detect
lol.. nice clarification there.. I was getting a bit pissed at how that thread managed to stay alive for so long..
And they manage to come back every once in a while too... We should just start a very argumentative flame war on whether it's a hoax or what not... AC summed it up pretty well
Hehe, glad I'm not the only one here! It's ok if people think it was real but if more users have told them it's fake and they still reply with disgust, it shows they're not reading the whole or at least the last page of a thread.
^lol.. thats really common. Take the download section for example. Majority enters the thread, click the link and if its down, they will just reply straight away w/o checking even the last page. That is why I find it difficult to even help reupload files cos most dun bother to check the other pages! so if I reuploaded a file and posted the link at the last page.. ppl will still miss it. And continue asking for a reupload
who knows, it maybe real... just don't have proof lolz yeah... its always annoying with the n00bs not bothering to read the whole stuff....
^ Yes, in fact it's a delicacy. But those are fetuses who are born dead. But no, they don't cook live fetuses for consumption. Because they need to process the dead fetus -- dry them then boil it in soup. It's called 紫河車 for those who read Chinese and want to look for information about (I personally have difficulties finding English websites on the matter).
Yea, it costs about 4G RMB to taste those delicacies that are supposedly to be good for skin. Talk about fatal beauty. -nono
^ True enough, but then it's not "let's kidnap some baby and cook them" type =_=b so it's still a hoax.
^Nah, dont think they are that extreme yet (at least i hope not). But for selling live organs, yes it is (getting off topic).
Oh, organ and blood selling is all the rage. But then when you are extremely poor it's choosing between starve to death or selling your kidney, I think most would gladly lose one of their kidney. And of course, using kidney as an example is just for the survival's sake (most other organ is vital... but 1 kidney doesn't hurt) I guess these chain email things have a grain of truth in it afterall... Just that it isn't TOTALLY true. So triple check your facts before yelling "gross" too fast.
