Within Windows (w/ CD or files) Within Windows (w/o CD or files) Do exactly the same per the instructions below and when it ask you for the CD, hit browse and locate the folder, it should be under C:\WINDOWS\I386 area; if you do not have it, you can download it HERE; Within Web Browswer
get a copy on the Internet or ask a friend for a copy, there is no need for the product-key, just the install cd. hack, you can borrow it just to install the language pack and then give back; only take like 2 minutes to install. errr, I forgot: if your computer is a "brandname one" like IBM, DELL.... then you can make a "XP disc" under the "IBM(dell...)/accessaries" there should be an option for making a bootable XP-CD. use that new CD to install language pack.
xp needs 3 small files. for 'regional' language support. save them into usb drive for use later at internet cafe or uni../school computers
after you closed the program, it's all gonna be those unicode thing again i had a HP bought in 06, same thing happend, hated it. But then suddenly it can read Chinese.......so weird
no; the east asian language will take about 200mb space, you can't install just from 3 files, it will install all the east asian language under the I386 folder;
