Rebecca Zhu Broke Up with Ukranian Boyfriend; Now Linked with Ron Ng and Kenneth Ma

Soon after winning the 2011 Miss Hong Kong pageant, Rebecca Zhu (朱晨麗) shared that she had a Ukranian boyfriend named Kostyantyn Keshyshev. The couple first met in Rebecca’s earlier ballet troupe. A day ago, on the set of TVB drama, Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles <名媛望族>, Rebecca confessed that she and Kostyantyn have actually split up. The now single Rebecca, was instantly linked with costars, Kenneth Ma (馬國明) and Ron Ng (吳卓羲)!

In January, Rebecca was photographed riding on the train with 2011 Mr. Hong Kong, Clayton Li (李晉強). In one of the shots, Clayton rested his head on Rebecca’s shoulders, leading to rumors that the two are secretly dating. At the moment, Rebecca cleared up the rumours stating that she was still dating Kostyantyn; she and Clayton were solely friends.

Rumors began to surfaced recently, that Rebecca has become Ron Ng’s new target of pursuit on set, Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles. Asked if her boyfriend, Kostyantyn minded, Rebecca awkwardly said, “We've split up for 2 to 3 months. Though there may still be feelings of not wanting to give up the relationship, we had to conclude it.”

In Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles, Rebecca was in a love triangle with Ron Ng and Kenneth Ma, who later on became her husband. The pair had many scenes together, with Kenneth praising Rebecca as being a good girl. Kenneth quite often joked with Rebecca, often cracking jokes with her during filming breaks.

In tearful scenes with Kenneth, Rebecca was able to convey her recent breakup emotions into her acting. Even though Rebecca is a newcomer, Rebecca’s performance caught producer Chong Wai Kin’s (莊偉建) attention and praise.

Since winning the Miss Hong Kong crown last year, TVB without delay began to quickly promote Rebecca. Apart from her prominent role in Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles, she will also appear in the approaching Triumph in the Skies 2 <衝上雲霄2>. Rebecca will reunite with costars, Kenneth Ma and Ron Ng, as soon as filming starts in September 2012.
