Recover Password

my cousin forgot his password on his laptop he using Vista he had not use his laptop for 6months dnt know why? but anyways he cant remeber the password

so i got this software called Ophcrack what this does is that you burn it on a disk its a ISO file what this software do is simple go through the hash table to find the passowrd of the login thats it but it dnt work?

any other good software that do same thing?

also if there is software that work with XP vista and window 7 that will be great to in future

is there any other software that i can download and its a iso file all i need to do i burn it on a dvd disc and it works it recover xp logins and vista and win7.

Well, for XP you can just boot up the computer in safe mode and you'll see the default admin account.
