Referencing from a book

Hi, I am trying to reference from a book, I have the Author, Title of Book, Year of publication, Publisher, Edition, Pages, But what I dont have is the Place of Publication. Anyone know where I can find this in the book?

A bit late but go to http://www.easybib.org then put the ISBN of the book in and it will automatically cite it for you. Including the publisher.

 

it should say on the first few pages of the book. alternatively, you can look the book up on amazon to see if it tells you place of publication. finally, if you can't find it, try going to the library and ask someone to help you.

 

That's too long, I prefer something quick and easily accessible online.
