    I am wondering are there a program to convert mp3 into ringtone?
    I want to get some ringtone , but they are in cinese
    Kinda rip off to pay1-2 for each song

    depends on phone, if ur phone doesnt take mp3, mostlikely it takes smf or mid format in which case you can't get mp3 like ringtones. If its smf or mid format, than at most you can only get polyphonic rintones.
