It's like you're actually sitting in the truck driving down the street. You can also zoom in and out with the mouse wheel.
That is amazing..... this really let's me see first hand (almost) what it looks like on a regular day.....

The thing is done with 11 overlapping video cameras that point in 360 x 180 degrees, and their views are then stitched together on the fly by an attached PC. Note, there are several separate videos on that page. The link is to page one of several (link to other pages in upper right corner of first page).
