Mr. Wong often needs Umi (maid) to massage him after work. Umi is often unwilling to perform due to her Islam's tradition, however with her goal to earn money in Hong Kong, she would still do whatever Mr. Wong tells her to. At one point, Mr. Wong asked Umi to perform a hand job for him but Umi resisted. With that, Mr. Wong threatens to fire her if she doesn't follow his instructions. She tries to complaint the situation with the Indonesia Maid Hiring Agency but there wasn't a reply back. Mr. Lai has been working for the same company for more than two decades as a driver, his diligence, responsibility, good driving record earned him many employers' appreciation and rewards. But when his new employer, Mr. & Mrs. Au, found out Mr. Lai is chronically ill, everything has changed! Mrs. Au began to worry about the safety of their children in the car, the fear has become extremely suspicious, they deliberately make things very difficult for Mr. Lai, and they also fired him right before the Chinese New Year, even though Mr. Lai has a doctor's note to prove that his illness will not affect his job! Mr. Lai decided to get help from the Equal Opportunities Commission, the employer argued that the dismissal of Mr. Lai is not because of his illness, but because of dissatisfaction with his performance. The employer refuses to settle, the matter was finally taken to the Court.
