The copyright infringement has already lasted for 2 years, and Ruby believes her reputation was seriously damaged. Yesterday morning, Ruby entrusted two lawyers to appear in court. Ruby is requesting damages for the use of her image without her consent, and is suing for monetary damage. In addition, Ruby expects an apology.
