The nation’s favorite couple Ruby Lin (林心如) and Wallace Huo (霍建華) were spotted arm in arm at Sandy Lam’s (林憶蓮) Taipei Arena concert a few nights ago. Despite their attempts at keeping a low profile and sitting in the VIP section, they were recognized by many fans and reporters. It was like a fairytale coming true when Ruby and Wallace confirmed their romance on May 20 (“520”, which sounds like “I love you” in Mandarin). The couple have been close friends for over a decade before finally confessing their love for each other earlier this year. Their appearance at Sandy Lam’s concert on June 18th is their first appearance together since the 520 love declaration. Both Ruby and Wallace were dressed casually for the concert event. They wore thin t-shirts, jeans, and large caps. The couple looked noticeably more anxious after getting caught by the reporters, but they enjoyed their time at the concert nonetheless. When Sandy performed her hit single “As Long As There’s You” <至少還有你>, Ruby jumped up with excitement and sang along. The couple drew out a large crowd of reporters when they left the arena.
