TVB artistes Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) and Benjamin Yuen (袁偉豪) attended a wrap-up dinner for their new martial arts series, A Fist Within Four Walls <城寨英雄>. Speaking of the several intense fight scenes in the series, Ruco shared that he lost 10 lbs and injured his vocal cord. Since filming has come to an end, the 38-year-old actor expressed it is time for him to regain weight. One of the scenes in the series shows Ruco undressing himself and revealing his body. In order to achieve ideal results, Ruco admitted asking Benjamin for advice on gaining muscles. When asked if he is now afraid of filming dramas with fight scenes, Ruco replied, “I actually really like fight scenes. This has been the toughest one to film ever since I joined the entertainment industry! If I were to film another series like this, I hope they will give me more time to work out. The schedule had been really rushed and I had less than two months to prepare!” On the other hand, Benjamin, who always keeps his body fit and muscular, admitted that he did get an opportunity to show off onscreen. He laughed and expressed, “Prior to filming the series, the producer told me I must have muscles. I worked out for two months! Now that it’s over, I can eat more and relax.” Creds: Oncc
