She dyed her hair red and straightened it, and some say she now resembles a cartoon character. Jap Style her new image does look very japanese style like, with the very pale make up with dark and strong features (eyes, lips) hair style has got to be japanese, possibly a wig.

I'm pretty sure this is a wig, during her encore at her Toronto concert she had this exact same wig on. In previous songs you can see her (real) short black hair.
