Sunday December 16, 2007 Hong Kong Sammi Cheng (鄭秀文) took part in a Christmas celebration with some cancer sufferers yesterday and she was very touched by their situation, but was happy to share some festive joy with them as they gave some colourful performance to the audience. Sammi said that she has friends who are battling with cancer and she is full of admiration for their courage and determination. With the current wave of Chinese instruments breaking into the mainstream, Sammi said that her favourite is the drum.
