Sammi is hosting a concert again at the Hong Kong Coliseum in December. Sammi revealed that as she is older, she needs to spend more time and effort for the preparation for the concert, but she won't reduce the amount the fast songs. She has been keeping fit for the concert poster. Yesterday, Sammi was at the Metro Broadcast Station promoting her new album due for release in November and also publicizing her end of year concert. Sammi revealed that she just finished posing for the poster, the fashion designer told her earlier that she has to keep fit and reduce her weight so that she can wear tight clothes. The result was amazing, her costume fits her nicely, showing her figure, but not sexy. Sammi reckoned it is worth it although it was hard work. She is now doing her exercise everyday, hoping to get better result. Sammi stated that she is now older, needing more time to prepare for the concert. Two years ago, she needed two months to practice her breathing, now she needs five months. Therefore, she started practicing her breathing last month. She said "I need a lot of energy to sing fast songs. (You can sing slow song) I can't cheat the audience, I have to do my best. (What is the theme of your concert?) I am an old hand, I can only create something new. I have to be fit to dance with the live music. (Are you going to dance very "hot") It is out dated, I did that few decays ago, I won't dance very sexy, not because I am religious, hot dance is outdated, my dance will be cool and stylish." In Sammi's last concert, she dressed very casually, this time, she will be more exaggerated in her choice of costume. To some people, it may look weird.
