Sammul Chan attended the promotional event for the series "A Bride for a Ride". He stated that he had just returned from Hendian and had been living in high temperature conditions of 40 degrees. As for the series having the highest viewer ratings during the 8:30pm slot Sammul felt very happy about it. Nancy Wu handed out chocolate gold coins to the public while parading on the promotional tour bus. The atmosphere was very lively. She expressed that she wasn't afraid of being sexually harassed as there were many security guards around. She joked that as she was dressed in ancient costume it wouldn't give people bad intentions. She enjoyed working with Chin Ka Lok and even joked that it was better working with him than Kenneth Ma. As for Chin Ka Lok the reporter mentioned that he was rumored with Angela Tong often.
