Heuh, Canada? I've read/heard somewhere (Micheal Moore's doc?) they have relatively more weapons than USA but with much less violence... Man, these kids should be stopped thinking killing someone isn't a big deal. Dunno how exactly though, perhaps give them lessons about violency but in a way they won't be aware it's actually about that subject. (talking about how stupid and moronic killers are, make them think it's not cool to kill someone etc)
