What measures do you ppl use to protect your pc for malicious attacks. These are my tools
-mcafee virus scan enterprise v8 with port blocking
    -zone alarm firewall pro
    -router with built in firewall
    -spybot
    -ad-aware
    -firefox
-msconfig utility for those little bastards that like to hide in the start up folder
    -weekly scans and antivirus updates.
    What your security setup?
    Knoc

i use mcafee virus scan enterprise v8 with port blocking and ad aware. they both seem to work really well for me and i'm cautious in downloading exe .bat .scr .pif files so i think i'm safe.

I was so afraid to update windows XPP each time MS has some security download, beacuse it would not boot properly a few times.
