Sharon Stone lost physical custody of her 8 year-old son Roan to his father Phil Bronstein. In 2004 the former couple divorced, and entered into a joint legal and physical custody agreement. Bronstein went back to court, and on September 12 the court said: Phil Bronstein "shall have permanent sole physical custody of child. Court finds that Respondent (Sharon Stone) failed to meet her burden of proof and denies Respondent's (Sharon Stone's) request for modification of custody." The judge said this order is permanent unless there is a change of circumstances. We are assuming that Sharon's crazy behavior lately is what prompted Bronstein to petition the court to change the custody agreement.
