In a case of truth being stranger than fiction, court papers show that one of the reasons Sharon Stone was not able to modify her child custody agreement for her 8-year-old son Roan was because she wanted to use Botox to stop his foot odor. According to the judge's ruling, "As Father appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the odor problem." Meanwhile, the judge also stated that Sharon "delegates many of her parenting responsibilities to third parties" and "refused" to get counseling unless her "schedule is accommodated and her demands are met." The San Francisco judge wrote, "Such conduct on the part of any parent... is unacceptable and does not serve the child's best interest." The actress' request to have her son moved to her Los Angeles home was denied. Her ex-husband, Phil Bronstein, retains custody in San Francisco. Source: intouch
