when a full grown adult cn fit into a child's dress, i think it classes on the abnormal size and that she should go and eat something before children start to think its good being anorexic!
interesting about the 1960's ballet dress. and yes it would be quite funny if the dress burst during filming. they should at least find a tailor to secure the muscle stretch spots.
