Has anyone heard that shoplifters only get a £80 fixed fine if they get caught or even just "say sorry" and hand the goods back. They don't even get a criminal record for doing this. I think they should raise the fines, and also arrest them and send them to prison. whereas if you look at china PRC. People who shoplift get shot on the back of their head with capital punishment.
Well, I have seen this case in a newspaper where 3 hoodies get into a shop stole something and run, the shopkeeper goes after them and fails to get the goods back. The 3 hoodies then come back again later on and try to steal something, they get caught this time and they have a fight with the shopkeeper. In the end the police turn up guess what happens...... The 3 hoodies each get a £80 fine. The shopkeeper goes to JAIL for assault 2 years i think. What kind of justice is that?
