Both are around the same price. I think itouch has better apps than other app stores, and it would be cool to own an apple product because most people have an apple product and I can put it on my pocket... I meant more convenient. lol

I like Playbook because it's a tablet and the screen is bigger.
I don't have those touch screen phones.
Any ideas which one is better?

I want to make videos sometimes when I'm out. Both devices have HD recording.
I get a lot of e-mails daily and sometimes I can't reply to all.
Don't really play much games unless it's addictive.
I want to write on my blog everyday, but sometimes I can't get to my computer.
    Not sure about apps.

  4. I stopped reading after: "it would be cool to own an apple product and I can put it on my pocket."

But I'll set aside my douchebaggery and actually advise the OP. Name your requirements. What do you need a device for?

You can't compare an ipod touch with a playbook because that's like comparing a tomato to a potato. That's how different they are.

TBH owning a apple product to look cool doesnt really apply anymore since most people have an apple product of some sort.

What are you looking to use this new device for anyways... they're vastly different in terms of target audience...

  9. That's interesting, since there are hundreds of other devices that are available and do what you said you want it to do. However to make it extremely straightforward and simple for you, just get the ipod. The oversimplified and limited interface should be easy enough for anyone to use, so simple that no one can get it wrong. Introducing other devices and better devices would just add to the confusion.

I would go with the Touch unless you need the extra real estate on the screen.

though if u wanted a tablet, the playbook seems to be quite cheap at the moment and has flash so if you want to play addictive flash games it could be a worthwhile punt to go. but obviously depends on the prices where you are.
