when i used to play there wasnt any bots. but that was back in the closed beta stage. now since theres so many botters in the game its pretty pointless to play.
Hello i have only heard a little bit of silkroad is it anything like Lineage2 from the gameplay? and is it costfree or do i have to pay monthly for it?
Just downloading Silkroad Online now...Do the bots and hackers really effect your play? Can't you just do PVE?
This is a prettttyyy old post y'all just dug up, but to answer your question Kati, yeah it does affect your PVE A LOT. I use to play SRO two years back. It was great before all the botters and hackers, but it has gone to a point where I can't even log in and if I was lucky enough to get in the servers.. I get KS'd and lag like crazy. The game's also a grindfest. After say, level 50, it's quite unbearable and you need to invest hours and hours of boring button smashing to level up. On top of that, you're going to have to wrestle with botters and power-levelers (high levels taking all the mobs). It's been a while since I have last played (two years ago) but I heard that it has improved a lot. But I'm sure there's still the presence of annoyin' botters.
4 days of gameplay, shit loads of jewel to make or upgrade your weapon from grinding and quest, eventually got bored of it...
