Apparently, Simon flew to Hangzhou to attend a hotel opening and the Chinese media reported that he brought a girl into the hotel to spend the night. In a phone interview with the Hong Kong media, he explained that the girl was a person who was supposed to pick him up. The China media reported that the rumour-free Simon was accompanied by a pretty Chinese companion when he attended the opening of the hotel in Hangzhou. According to reports, Simon met up with a girl donning a woolen purple long coat at the airport and both of them went to the hotel event in a car together. When the event ended, they left together and went to another hotel to spend the night. Simon, who is currently overseas, refuted the rumours and explained, "That girl is just someone who was supposed to pick me up. There were others as well, and the flowers they were holding were for me. The next time if someone picks me up, I will tell them not to bring flowers but fruits instead. These rumours are ridiculous!" As for Qi Qi, her vote goes to her husband. "In my husband's eyes, there is only me and my daughter, Ella. There was a similar situation in the past where he was being interviewed by a female reporter at a café and the scene was snapped up by the media. The reporter was then termed his girlfriend!" In jest, she also asked the reporters to enlarge the pictures, so that she could have a better look at them.
Simon Yam should request for a male to pick him up the next time. and fruits too instead of flowers. otherwise there will be something else reported instead.
