    OMG .. I have been eating sisig for years and suddently, I just received a recipe from a friend and it turned my stomach ... I don't think I can another sisig dish anymore. It's too nasty to even think about it. DON't EAT it. I thought they were pork meat; not snout .. .urghhhhhhhhh .. grosss....

    Do ya'll have the experience where you thought yummy this is good and had a lot of it perhaps for years before you found out that it's not what you think it's made of?? yuck .. man .. i can't even tell my wife cuz she loves it sooooo much.

    it actually taste like grilled pork/beef .. you can't tell the different. i bet ya'll would like it too if you don't know what it's made of .. seriously. if you don't believe, try it yourself. you'll be hooked just like me.

    hahaha...im sure a lot of "weird" things can taste good...but yeah knowing that thats all left over i think i will pass

    not left over . .it's made of pig snout .. pig's nose. they served this at the restaurant .. hello! good stuffs ... not for me anymore that is.

    i meant left overs as in normally no one would eat that part lol...so yeah they were creative n did something with it... n snap...as u said it actually tastes good too haha

    I HATED IT LAST TIME WHEN I WENT TO A CHIN WEDDING PARTY WHERE YA HAVE UBBBBER
    LOTS OF CHIN FOODS AND STUFF..WHICH WAS ALL YUMMY...BUT WHEN THE ROAST BBQ PIG
    THING CAME...'SIEW YUK' CAME WITH THE WHOLE HEAD AND EVERYTHING IT PUT ME RIGHT
    OFF WHEN THE WAITER PLACED IT ON THE SPINNY TABLE AND HEAD WAS FACING ME WITH
    THE CHERRY AS EYES AND HAD SOMETHING IN ITS MOUTH..(N)..I SAT FOR ABOUT 2-3 MINS
    AND THEN THREW UP...IT WAS SO GROSSS...!!!!....

    But I guess not everyone likes to look at their head while eating their body part
