Go to sleep and the next day I would probably forget about it. Sometime listen to my favourite kind of music would help...
eat n eat n eat sleep n sleep n sleep sing loud all day long watch sum sad movie, or read sad story n cry wif it the next day? I FEEL GOOD~
listen to depressing songs (i know it adds on to the sadness, but it gets the tears out). and then when i'm done that, i put on some upbeat music and sing my lungs out. =]
cry. everything always seem to feel better after a good long cry. oh and some sad songs...or you could always talk with your friends =)
