Skipping the Waiting Time from MegaUpload

For those of you who already use Firefox's SkipScreen add-on or something of the like, this does not apply to you. For those who do not use Firefox and prefer other browsers like IE or Google Chrome, this might be of some interest to you.

When downloading from MegaUpload, after the letters/number confirmation and you see the time ticking down, enter " javascript:void(count = 1) " in your browser's address bar and hit enter. This should made the download button instantly accessible.

Again, just copy and paste

javascript:void(count = 1)

into your address bar and hit enter, and you should be all good to go.

 

You do realize they have happy hour...

 

It's more like luck and chance that you skip waiting time

I had a period of time say about a month worth of d/l-ing from MU and I didn't have to wait 45 secs and I'm still not a member... BUT possibly I changed computers it doesn't work for me no more :(

YES you can reveal the dl button instantly BUT when you click on it, it will refresh the page =[

if ur a member is 24 secs
i just use jdownloader since you don't have to enter the code yourself

strange...it doesnt work for the computer im on now, but i just tried it with my other computer and it worked. this was working for me just fine yesterday.

he, i just tryed it and didn't work for me, maybe i didn't do it right lu.

 

mu always seems to change in my opinion. sometimes u don't have to wait for the download link. a while back it would just come up and there was like no limit but then sometimes there are limits and u still have to wait for the download link. though most of the time u do have to wait the 45secs but tbh it's not that much.

=( just tried, it doesnt work (javascript:void(count = 1)), but the change the countdown to 1 then 0 is cool =D

 

i guess MU patched this up. -shrug

 

i never heard of skipscreen...let alone the method you showed. Ill try the skipscreen addon since i use mozzy
