-sleepI'm so sorry if, i'm reposting this>.<. But, i need some help in sleeping. I would get ready for bed but, lay there for 2-3 hours, feeling tired but, can't sleep. And, when i wake up in the morning i would get panda eyes and, some sort of red eye (And it hurts to blink:(). Is it because i'm not burning enough energy? Or need some kind of medicine to make me fall asleep? I'm kinda sick and, tired of this-_-!Any ideas or, methods i can try (desperate-sweat)?
    ~Please & Thank You~

Try reading an encyclopedia or a dictionary. Listening to boring and slow music may help too.

try buying some melatonin.. is a chemical already in your brain, so is not dangerous.. it should help you sleep

i dunno if it helps but i have a way that helps me sleep eventhough i'm not sleepy...close your eyes but dun shut it tight and after a moment you will be able see some sort of moving or swivelling patterns in the darkness like those optical illusion...try to picture it and u'll fall asleep without u noticing it...but u have to relax and keep your mind clear....i know it's hard to believe but i did it as always lol...all in all i never have trouble sleeping...

i expierence the same problems which you have, but usually it doesn't last 2-3 hours, but only a mere hour. most of the time i just don't go to bed until i KNOW i'm dead tired, that way it only takes a maximum of 15minutes to fall a sleep, otherwise i end up thinkin bout life and etc in bed as i just lye there

note: dont watch scary ones....as i always get nightmares afterwards......mebe a movie you've seen like loads a times......

I dunno why but listening to music just don work for me cause my heart follows the rhythm of the music rather than sleeping so it must be dead silent when i sleep however i sleep with a night light on cause i am afraid of the dark....Pretty embarassing hahahah but oh well shit happens
Now sleeping pills are not an option cause they get you addicted and dependent on them so once you don have them you won't sleep....

I guess as mentioned before chamomile tea works but some people work differently with teas...I think one of the best and natural method is by using essential oil like lavender oil you could buy the ones where you burn in a burner or buy the ones for massage and drop a couple of drops at the side of your pillow....Try that and get back to me on how it works if you've tried it....Good luck
